After my breast cancer diagnosis in June 2014, I began my long journey to beat cancer with 4 months of chemotherapy and 5 surgeries over a year or so. My loving sister-in-law wanted to help, but my family is 6 hours away in MN. She had the idea of paying for a cleaning service since I couldn't clean and keep the house up. After interviewing several services over the phone, she decided on Helping Hands Personal Assistants. They worked with my chemo schedule and came every 2 weeks, so the house was perfectly clean when we got home from a long day at the hospital. They have done my windows and cupboards and even let our dog out for us when we were at the hospital all day for chemo or surgery. I just finished my last surgery, and I'm so pleased that they were able to fit in some weekly cleanings for us while I'm recuperating.
